Douglas Smith has been providing continuing legal
education programs on accounting and financial statements since 1999. He graduated from East Carolina University
and studied accounting at University of Memphis. He served as Chief Financial Officer at Sierra Nevada College where was also
adjunct instructor in the college's Business Department. He holds a CPA and has performed audit and consulting services for
an international accounting firm. Doug is a member of the American Institute of CPA's and Association for Continuing
Legal Education.
